Macronutrients are nutrients that provide calories or energy. There are three main classes of macros: proteins, carbohydrates, and fats.
Eat healthy • Indulge freely
Smash your fitness goals
That’s the beauty of “flexible dieting” – as long as you mind your macros, it doesn’t have to feel like a diet at all.
ey fittie! Yea, you! Let’s talk about food for a minute – you know, just one of my favorite topics!
Do you know the #1 complaint our FitFam has, when I ask them about their challenges?
Hands down, it’s getting their food right.
Newsflash! >> Food is just numbers – your macros.
And while you absolutely want to eat a well-rounded diet, so you’re getting all of the vitamins and nutrition your body needs, at the end of the day, your fitness goals hinge on 3 things:
and your Fats
These are your macros, and those 3 numbers are going to be different, depending on your fitness goals.

What are Macronutrients or Macros?
What is Flexible Dieting?
It’s a new way of eating where you count macronutrients instead of calories. Flexible dieting gives you complete control over what you eat. It will change your perception about nutrition since you will mostly stop seeing food as good or bad but as macronutrients only. I will tell you exactly how much protein, carbs and fat you should eat.
How many macros breakdowns are included?
The plan comes with one (1) customized macronutrients breakdown.
How often do I need to recalculate my macros?
I recommend adjusting your macros every 3 weeks based on your goals and progress in order to see steady results.
What if I am a newbie?
I’ve got good news for you… Flexible dieting is for everybody!
It doesn’t matter if you are just starting your fitness journey or if you are a seasoned fitness pro, flexible dieting will help you understand how to nurture your body in a mindful way to achieve your goals.
Ready to start counting what really matters? (your macros!)
Counting macros moved me out of my weight loss plateau!
I wanted to try counting macros because the fitness & diet regimens I've tried throughout the past 3 years have yielded minimal to no visible results.
Counting macros moved me out of my weight loss plateau! I'm also more aware of the nutritional profiles of what I eat (fat is hiding everywhere!) and I make more educated, healthier choices at the grocery store.
I used to focus on exercise and just the calorie content of foods, rather than macronutrients. Feeding my body the macronutrients it NEEDS rather than WANTS has resulted in more weight loss. I feel good about what I've eaten at the end of the day, and I'm also noticing more definition in my muscles!
I would definitely recommend Paola's macro consultation - there are free calculators online but Pao tailors it to your specific goals.
After one week of following Paola's macros, I've noticed I look and feel leaner
I decided to start counting macros because I'm a new vegan who has been on a weight loss journey for more than 3 years. When I started I was 200 pounds then decided to eat a little less, then I decided to cut out certain foods, and so on. I wanted the macros to make sure I am getting all the nutrients I need to continue to my goals. I wanted to be lean, and have less fat and more muscle.
For the first month, I was too scared to follow my macros. I was way under my goal. After e-mailing Paola I got the advice I needed to continue my journey. After one week of following the macros, I can see the difference in my mood, my sleep pattern, and my overall exercise performance. Body image wise, after the month of not following macros I noticed weight gain, specifically fat gain. After one week of following the macros, I've noticed I look and feel leaner, and my butt sure is bigger haha
I was eating very little food, mostly raw food like vegetables and fruits. Not a lot of breads, starch, or protein supplements. After trying the set of macros I feel happier, with more energy, and I'm enjoying food even more than I would before and I actually find myself noticing my hunger.
I would recommend this program to people who think losing weight is all about diets and what you eat, to me when mixing the macros with my normal exercise regimen, the results and benefits are felt quickly! I would recommend it because it shows what proper nutrition and proper exercise can do.
